A pet caretaker commissioned a hand-painted pet portrait to showcase the playful nature of a small, cream-colored dog. The dog’s signature moment—its tongue sticking out—conveys an adorable, friendly behaviour. I chose a dark background to highlight the pup’s textured fur, applying layered brushstrokes to give the coat a soft, fluffy appearance.
